Dr. Anna Steinzeig, PhD
Dr. Anna Steinzeig is a neuroscientist, speaker, and consultant working at the intersection of brain science, modern work, and mental wellbeing.
She holds a PhD in neuroscience from the University of Helsinki and bases her work on years of research into brain plasticity, mechanisms of antidepressant action and the stress response as well as her own experience of working in fast growing companies. She supports leadership teams in redesigning work to reduce burnout risk, protect focus, and build healthy high-performance cultures.
Anna is the creator of Humans, Rewired and the co-founder of U•MAN, a research-based consultancy focused on workplace wellbeing and people-oriented culture. Through her work Anna invites organizations to become places where people can do excellent work without sacrificing their mental health.
